Yes. Every Holiday Matrix package is fully customised to your preferences, travel dates, budget, and group size. We do not sell generic off-the-shelf tours — every trip is built around you.
We typically share an initial itinerary and quote within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. Complex international trips with multiple destinations may take up to 48 hours.
Yes. We specialise in group bookings including family reunions, corporate offsites, MICE travel, destination weddings, school/college trips, and pilgrimages. Contact us for group pricing.
Pricing & Payment
Domestic holiday packages start from approximately ₹15,000 per person, and international packages start from approximately ₹35,000 per person. Prices vary based on destination, duration, accommodation category, and group size.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). EMI is available on select credit cards for bookings above ₹10,000.
Domestic packages require 25% advance at booking, with the balance due 7 days before departure. International packages require 50% advance, with the balance due 15 days before departure. Peak season packages may require 100% upfront.
Our packages clearly state what is included and excluded. Typically included: accommodation, transport, listed meals, and sightseeing. Typically excluded: international flights (unless specified), personal expenses, visa fees (if not opted), and travel insurance.
Visa & Travel Documents
Zero rejections. Every Singapore & UAE visa we've filed since 2017 — approved. For all destinations we provide complete end-to-end documentation support, though final approval rests with the respective embassy.
We assist with visas for most popular international destinations including Dubai/UAE, Singapore, Thailand, Bali/Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam, Europe (Schengen), UK, USA, and more. Contact us for specific country requirements.
We recommend initiating visa applications at least 30 days before travel for most destinations, and 60–90 days for Schengen/UK/USA visas. Some countries like Singapore and UAE can be processed in 3–7 business days.
Cancellation & Refunds
Domestic packages: 10% cancellation charge if cancelled 30+ days before departure, scaling to 100% for no-shows. International packages: 15% charge if cancelled 45+ days before departure, scaling to 100% for no-shows. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Refunds are processed within 15–21 working days from the date of cancellation approval, credited back to the original payment method.
If we cancel your booking, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. In force majeure situations (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we offer full travel credit valid for 12 months or a refund minus non-recoverable supplier costs.
