1. Booking Terms & Payment Schedule

  • ₹10,000 per person as token amount AND air fare & non-refundable hotel charges, if any, at the time of booking.
  • 50% of the total package amount before 45 days of departure.
  • 70% of the total package amount before 30 days of departure.
  • 100% of the total package amount before 21 days of departure.
  • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per supplier policies.

Note: Air fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.

2. Currency

All payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only. For international packages, the prices are quoted in INR and are subject to currency fluctuation. The final amount may vary based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

3. Payment Security

Holiday Matrix uses industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
  • PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
  • Two-factor authentication for added security
  • We do not store your complete card details on our servers

4. Invoice & Receipts

  • Digital invoice will be sent to your registered email after payment confirmation
  • GST invoice will be provided as per government regulations
  • Payment receipts are available in your account dashboard

5. EMI Options

We offer EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options on select credit cards:

  • Available on bookings above ₹10,000
  • EMI tenure: 3, 6, 9, or 12 months
  • Interest rates as per your bank's EMI policy
  • No-cost EMI available on select packages and banks

6. Failed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where amount is debited:

  • The amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days
  • Please check with your bank for the exact timeline
  • Contact us with transaction details if refund is delayed beyond 7 days

7. Price Validity

  • All quoted prices are valid for 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and currency fluctuation
  • Price is locked only after advance payment is received
