Refund Policy

1. Refund Overview

  • If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to force majeure or vis majeure, the company shall not be responsible for giving any refund. However, at its sole discretion, the Company may give a refund based on various factors like the number of participants and the cancellation policies of suppliers (airlines, hoteliers, attraction tickets, coach operators, etc.). The decision of the company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
  • It will take a minimum of 15 to 45 days to process any refund (if due).
  • There shall be no refund whatsoever if the client does not or cannot utilise any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc., due to any reason whatsoever.
  • There shall be no refund whatsoever if the client does not or cannot utilise any complimentary services, as we do not charge anything for complimentary services.
  • Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the client for bookings made directly with the company by way of NEFT or RTGS at the discretion of the company. It would take at least 15–45 days to process refunds.
  • Any service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy will be refunded in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges, if any. (Credit card reversals will be done to the respective credit card account — this process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in the account.)
  • Clients have the option to keep their refund money in our account, collect a credit note, and use it within 12 months.
  • In some cases where we take special approvals against cancellation, only a credit note will be provided.

2. Cancellation Charges — Domestic Holidays
